At Bihar Bhog, we prepare and ship food products with care and hygiene. Due to the perishable nature of food items, we follow a strict replacement-only policy.
We offer a 1-day replacement policy, which means you must raise a replacement request within 24 hours of receiving your order.
⚠️ Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.
❌ NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS are accepted due to taste preference, personal choice, or expectation mismatch.
❌ Food items once delivered cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
✅ Replacements are issued only after inspection and approval by our team.
📹 UNBOXING VIDEO IS MANDATORY to initiate any replacement request.
Any nominal fee paid during COD or partial prepaid orders is non-refundable.
In case of RTO (Return to Origin) due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, no refund will be issued.
Any prepaid amount, if applicable, may be provided as store credit at our discretion.
Replacement requests will be accepted only in the following cases:
Wrong product received
Product received in damaged condition during transit
👉 Both cases must be verified via a clear unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened.
Product damaged after delivery or mishandled by customer
Product consumed partially or fully
Missing or unclear unboxing video
Incorrect address or phone number provided by customer
Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery
In case a replacement is approved, a return shipping & handling fee of ₹49 will be applicable.
This amount may be deducted or collected before dispatching the replacement.
Return pickup availability depends on courier serviceability at your location.
All replacement requests are subject to inspection based on photos and unboxing video shared by the customer.
The decision of Bihar Bhog is final and binding in all such matters.
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the order, no refund or replacement will be issued.
Bihar Bhog is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or external factors.
We do not offer refunds to bank accounts, UPI, or cards as a standard practice.
Refunds, if any, will be issued only in rare and exceptional cases, such as:
Order delayed excessively beyond reasonable timelines
Repeated verified errors from our side
Such refunds, if approved, will be processed at our sole discretion.

Clear unboxing video
Photos of the received product
Brief explanation of the issue
