At Bihar Bhog, we prepare and ship food products with care and hygiene. Due to the perishable nature of food items, we follow a strict replacement-only policy.


1-DAY REPLACEMENT POLICY

We offer a 1-day replacement policy, which means you must raise a replacement request within 24 hours of receiving your order.

⚠️ Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.


IMPORTANT POINTS ABOUT OUR POLICY

  • NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS are accepted due to taste preference, personal choice, or expectation mismatch.

  • ❌ Food items once delivered cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Replacements are issued only after inspection and approval by our team.

  • 📹 UNBOXING VIDEO IS MANDATORY to initiate any replacement request.


CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) & PARTIAL PREPAID ORDERS

  • Any nominal fee paid during COD or partial prepaid orders is non-refundable.

  • In case of RTO (Return to Origin) due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, no refund will be issued.

  • Any prepaid amount, if applicable, may be provided as store credit at our discretion.


ELIGIBLE CASES FOR 1-DAY REPLACEMENT

Replacement requests will be accepted only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received

  • Product received in damaged condition during transit

👉 Both cases must be verified via a clear unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened.


NON-ELIGIBLE CASES (NO REPLACEMENT / NO REFUND)

  • Product damaged after delivery or mishandled by customer

  • Product consumed partially or fully

  • Missing or unclear unboxing video

  • Incorrect address or phone number provided by customer

  • Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery


RETURN SHIPPING & FEES

  • In case a replacement is approved, a return shipping & handling fee of ₹49 will be applicable.

  • This amount may be deducted or collected before dispatching the replacement.

  • Return pickup availability depends on courier serviceability at your location.


INSPECTION & FINAL DECISION

  • All replacement requests are subject to inspection based on photos and unboxing video shared by the customer.

  • The decision of Bihar Bhog is final and binding in all such matters.


DELIVERY FAILURES

  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the order, no refund or replacement will be issued.

  • Bihar Bhog is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or external factors.


REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds to bank accounts, UPI, or cards as a standard practice.

Refunds, if any, will be issued only in rare and exceptional cases, such as:

  • Order delayed excessively beyond reasonable timelines

  • Repeated verified errors from our side

Such refunds, if approved, will be processed at our sole discretion.


HOW TO REQUEST A REPLACEMENT

To initiate a replacement request, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear unboxing video

  • Photos of the received product

  • Brief explanation of the issue
